We love our new mattress and goose down cover, and the fact that everything BedinaBox stated on their web site about them is really true. The mattress gave us instant relief from the lower back pain we had been suffering on the “name brand” mattress that we had purchased just a few years ago, and we are sleeping much better as a result. The mattress, cover and frame were easy to install. Even our cats love it, and that’s the true test, because they always look for the most comfortable place in the house to snooze on. We gladly recommend it to others in the market for a surprisingly affordable, very comfortable night’s sleep.

We bought the king size PackDown mattress about two months ago. We had been looking for a new mattress and we didn't find anything that we really liked at a reasonable price. We went to visit our son and slept on his BedinaBox.(By the way, he has 3 of them) We liked it immediately and decided to buy one. It was easy to order, arrived quickly and set up very easily. We've been sleeping very well and and my hips don't hurt anymore at night!!.

Cons: dishonest return policy.

i never would've purchased a mattress online, except i was convinced by bed in a box's seemingly generous return policy to take the risk. after receiving the mattress, i just wasn't happy with it. i didn't find it comfortable to sleep on. i decided to return it, but was given a lot of resistance when i called for my return number. i was asked to explain why i was returning the mattress, and that if the mattress was not defective i shouldn't expect to be able to return it for a refund. the return policy states "simply return the mattress and receive a 100% no-questions-asked refund."  so, why was i being asked to explain why i was returning it??! now i am wondering if, after going through the trouble of packing this thing up and shipping it back, i'll ever actually get my money refunded.
these people are dishonest, don't trust them!

I love my Bed in a Box. A friend turned me on to it and I am so happy with mine that I recently purchased one for another friend as a gift. (I got tired of hearing him complain about his back!) My own morning back pain has subsided significantly.

Pros: Great customer service, and really the most comfortable bed I have had.
Cons:   hard to grasp that a bed could actually come in a box.

My choice was the Pacbamboo king size and it was everything the company stated. The product is great and you can return it if you don't feel the same. My review is about the staff and their customer service commitment. Tracy spent a great deal of time answering my questions and I spoke to a gentleman who I believe was an owner?? Finally I spoke and emailed with Sherri. None of these folks tried to sell anything but rather they welcomed you into the "club". You won't be wrong give them a shot. They called me back after hours on a saturday to answer my questions!

I love this mattress. I was skeptical at first because I have another name brand memory foam mattress that is excellent and I didn't think one I purchased through the mail at such a great price would compare, but it did. This mattress is thick. It came with a cover. My guests who sleep on the mattress love it and my daughter who is in college sleeps in the guest room when she comes home instead of her own room, because this mattress is so comfortable. The foundation was simple to put together. I did it without my husband's help. It was compressed into plastic wrap, but quickly thickened up as soon as it was opened and has held it's shape.

Pros: fast shipping, fantastic customer care, simple installation, no odors or unpleasantness, first rate quality.
Cons: Heavy to carry in but this is a mild complaint.

Facing hip and knee surgery last year I knew my old big box memory foam pad was not going to make it.

After spending hours researching on the web I ordered a queen size mattress from Bedinabox.com , Imagine my surprise when it showed up 2 days later!! I got a young man to carry it in for me and remove my old mattress.

I could not believe how fast it expanded on my platform. Now, nearly a year after my two surgeries I have never regretted this purchase. I spent many nights and a good number of days during rehabilitation on this mattress and it never gave me a problem.

The waterproof cover proved to be a lifesaver and it was easily cleaned and replaced. The comfort is the best I have ever experienced. I have never been so pleased with a purchase.

In fact, I bought another one for a friend!!

Do not be afraid to order from this company!

Knowing this bed was made in the US was a comfort to me. The bed is heavy and sturdy. I love sleeping in it and make up reasons to hang out in my room just to sink into it again. I LOVE my new bed. The mattress arrived shortly after the order and my 16yr old daughter and her friend put it together. Unfortunatly the actual Mattress is not easy to clean after a 7yr old runs across it with dirty shoes on.

Pros: Great nights sleep, Low cost, & easily installed.
Cons: Wish we would have ordered sooner.

With us both being above average in size & weight, this bed conforms to your shape & supports you in all the right places.
With our old Serta we would both wake up with neck & shoulder pains.
We decided to try this product because we wanted a memory foam mattress & we really didn't want to spend $3000 dollars on another brand. So we took a chance and it really has paid off for us.
My wife and I will recommend this bed over anything else on the market to all our friends & family.

We are LOVING our PacDown 9"!!!!! We've been sleeping on it for about 6 weeks, and every night my husband and I say how glad we are that we ordered from Bed-in-a-Box. This is by far the best bed we've ever slept on. There was NO "bed transition" where we woke up with sore backs--just perfect night's sleep from the start. It's the middle of summer and we haven't had any issues with heat retention that you read about with other foam mattresses.

The price can't be beat. We spent $599 (including shipping!) for our PacDown 9" king. That's $200 less than we spent on our queen spring mattress 7 years ago. We have friends that bought a foam mattress before us and encouraged us to do the same. They did a lot of research, but bought theirs from a store. They spent $2000 for theirs--Yikes!!

I wouldn't trade my BedInAbox for anything!!

We bought an extra long twin foam bed from a local store for my 6'4" son. It was very expensive. We slept on it and decided to replace our master bedroom with a king foam bed. We found bedinabox to be an excellent value and as comfortable as the full priced twin from the local store. In fact we paid less for the king from bedinabox!

Pros: The mattress is very comfortable and quick to spring back from indentations.
Cons: The package is initially hard to open.

I was having a lot of pain in my shoulder when I decided to order a new mattress from BedinaBox. When it arrived in a huge bundle I had a hard time getting it open and had my doubts about it expanding into a queen size bed. But it did, just like they described, and I quickly got used to sleeping soundly for the first time in months without tossing and turning, or waking up in pain. I can't tell you what a relief that was. Now I look forward to crawling into bed and I believe I fall asleep within a couple of minutes of lying down.

We purchased our mattress from BedinaBox.com quite a few months ago and I can't tell you how much we love it. We sleep well and now and so does everyone in the house including the dog. We also purchased a mattress for our son a couple of months after we had ours to make sure that it would live up to the reviews that we read and I don't think any of us will ever go back to a regular mattress or even to a store to look at a mattress. Our mattress was shipped so quickly from BedinaBox that even if a local store would have it at their warehouse I don't know that they could have gotten it to us as quickly as they did. If your looking to purchase a mattress you shouldn't look any further.

My wife and I love it. No sore backs in the morning. We get a great nights sleep for the first time in several years. We had a waterbed for 30 plus years, and would highly reccomend it to anyone looking for a good nights sleep.

When I go to sleep at night I fall asleep and wake up in the same position. My body just falls into the deepest sleep I have ever had. I am 46 yrs old and feel the best I have ever felt. My neck and back do not hurt anymore. My arms and legs dont fall "asleep" anymore. That mid afternoon sleepy eye moment at work, you know when all you want to do is take a nap, no longer exists. I have more energy during the day than ever before.

The one bad thing, I have laid down to rest for just few moments and have fallen asleep for hours. My wife has gotten very mad at me! I blame it on you and the new mattress. LOL
