My wife is pregnant and was having back and hip pain that lead to trouble sleeping on our old spring mattress. After doing a bunch of research I purchased an 11” Pacbamboo memory foam mattress from BedInABox. My wife’s sleep problems were immediately solved and her back and hip pain was significantly reduced. I never would have thought that our mattress was a contributing factor in her back and hip pain. There was also an added bonus which is that I now sleep far more comfortably as well. In fact, I will never return to a spring mattress. I was a little leery about buying a mattress over the internet but can state unequivocally that BedInABox delivered exactly what they promised – a mattress of outstanding quality and value, and exemplary customer service.
Some advice: The mattress comes compressed in a box and is heavy. Have a second person available help haul it upstairs. Do not take the mattress out of the box until you get it to your bedroom.
BedInABox delivered exactly what they promised. I saved money, made my wife comfortable and I sleep better myself. I cannot give BedInABox a high enough recommendation.

I absolutely love the mattress. It is definitely the most comfortable thing I have ever slept on. Two of my roommates have much more expensive memory foam mattresses, and this one is much more comfortable, not to mention about a third the price. My previous inner spring mattress was giving me significant back pain, to the point where I couldn't sleep more than three or four hours on it. My bedinabox mattress completely eliminated my back pain, and I haven't had a sleepless night since. This mattress is the best investment I have ever made.

I slept on a bedinabox mattress when visiting a friend, and it was the best sleep I'd had in years, and the most comfortable mattress. Researched them extensively before buying, and have slept better since it arrived. It's firm but giving, and it was much less expensive than other models. It's made in the US, and the customer service was knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy. I just love this bed.

I tried a memory foam mattress topper from Walmart for another bed, and it had a chemically smell. Who knows what chemicals it was made with in China, whereas the chemically smell of bedinaboxes was much less and their website describes a much less toxic production process.

My bed in a box arrived in 3 days, was easy to assemble and was immediately enjoyed. The foam is wonderful and smooth. I look forward to returning to the soft yet firm support each night.

This mattress is by far the most comfortable I've ever slept on. And the ordering and delivery process couldn't have been easier. I ordered the bed and within 4 days it was delivered to my front door, carefully packaged and securely wrapped up inside was the mattress. It was extremely easy to set up and get ready to sleep on and once I did, it was honestly the best mattress I have ever slept on. I have never owned a foam mattress, nor have I slept on many before, but now I recommend this one to all of my friends and no one can believe how perfect it is, whether you're used to firm or soft mattresses. It's definitely one of the best investments I've ever made and I could not be happier.

I was a skeptic at first. Afraid of buying a bed that came in a box. And afraid of ordering a bed I never tried on the internet. But I've had my bed for about a year now and I have to say it is the BEST Mattress EVER!!!! The pain in my back from my old mattress is GONE!!! I fall asleep within a few minutes of laying in my bed now!!! I can't feel my husband get out of bed of a morning!!! The best value you will find for this kind of QUALITY!!!! Who would believe a memory foam mattress could be so inexpensive? When we started looking at mattresses we looked longingly at the "Big Name" memory foam models but ,facing reality, moved back to the cheap house brand traditional types. Imagine our delight when we came across bedinabox.com! We were able to get a quality memory foam mattress for the price of the low quality house brand models. I'll admit - we were concerned with buying a mattress online from a place we hadn't heard of. But after reading their return policy we decided it was worth a try. After the first night my constant hip pain was gone!!

My wife and were tired of waking up with back aches every morning. On the advice of a friend, we decided to look into memory foam mattresses. Our Internet search took us to several sites, but we decided on Bedinabox because they were easy to contact via phone. The sales rep was personable and very helpful. We ordered the 9-inch PacDown with the down cover and absolutely love it. We haven't slept this soundly in years. No more back aches, no more snoring and best of all, a full nights sleep. This is without a doubt, the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on and will never consider any other type of mattress. Excellent customer service. They are so sure of their product, that if you don't like the mattress, they refund your money and just have you donate the mattress to a charity. Our bed frame is over 100 years old and turned out to be a non standard queen size. The sales rep informed us that the RV queen size would fit and he was right...perfect fit.

It seems to me that the heat from the body (after a period of time) would begin to break down and change that wonderful, restful suspension you feel when you stretch out for a peaceful sleep. I researched and visited stores and tried out many foam mattresses both expensive and inexpensive. Found Bed In A Box online and with the prices and specifications listed I decided to go for it. My wife and I were so pleased with the king pac-bamboo we bought a queen for our motorhome. These beds are a lifesaver for back trouble. So far two co-workers have purchased after trying out ours.We are very happy.

As most who have shopped for a mattress can attest it is not a consumer friendly experience . Confusion seems to be what the manufacturers and retailers are hoping for . We think prices for mattresses are ludicrous . We took a chance by ordering a mattress on-line through " Bed In A Box ". I had read reviews at this site and they all seemed positive . We placed our order for a mattress and foundation combo . The order arrived in a timely fashion but the foundation was damaged , check your boxes ! The companies customer service is excellent . The shipper returned in a day to pick up the damaged item . The mattress itself is comfortable , much more so than our name brand $$$$$ purchase at a third the cost . I have suffered neck and back pain for years. I have had two back surgeries over the past ten years. I could never find a comfortable position to sleep on a regular mattress that I would not hurt so I ended up tossing and turning all night long. The very first night I slept on our new mattress from BedinaBox felt like heaven. When I laid down I could feel my whole body begin to relax and the next thing I knew it was morning.
