After looking on line at the "all" reviews, and taking the word first hand from a friend of mine who has two of these beds, I decided to order the PacBamboo Plus 13" from BedinaBox. My wife and I love the bed. Only took 2 nights or so to get use to, I really sleep great, and my wife's back does not hurt anymore. My wife's back was bothering her with our old mattress, so we had to switch. I decided to try it. Glad I did, its great. I research every major purchase, and this was no exception. Couldn't find a bad review, and now I understand why. Sent customer service an email before I purchased, they responded quickly. Even after the purchase, customer service followed up to see how I liked the bed.
Thanks BedinaBox!!! Maybe I will order another for my son(s). Surprise them when they come home from college.

Ten years ago I was in an elevator accident; yes it dropped with me in it. I still have no ‘comfortable’ after all these years. I've been trying to find just one spot, one position that will give me just a minute of comfortable. I couldn't sleep at all. I found http://www.bedinabox.com/ that sold the Memory Foam Mattress. I was very impressed by their customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so called them to correct my order, and they were very nice about it, even though they had to unload it off the truck.

Unpacking it was pretty cool, because, as the name implies, it comes in a box. It's vaccuum sealed in a plastic wrapper, so when you puncture that wrapper, it expands enormously. There's a strong chemical smell, but that dissipates in a couple of days.

The mattress itself is extremely comfortable. A friend of mine slept on it when I was out of town, and ordered one the next day. I wish it was slightly firmer, but I didn't really expect that from memory foam, especially with a topper.

I purchased my Bedinabox a year ago and I ADORE it. I transitioned from a standard spring mattress (didnt know what i was missing) but didnt want to spend ooogloobs on an overpriced replacement..I placed a seamless order online, the shipping was timely and I was very happy with the value after laying on the cardboard in the department store that was in my price range lol. I put it on a 9 foot long European style sleigh bed and I haven't had any problems.. and anyone who has had the privilege of testing it out has been pleased as well .........

I love my PacDown Memory Foam mattress from Bedinabox.com! It's so comfortable that I sometimes don't feel like getting out of bed in the morning, although I always wake up feeling plenty well-rested. My fiance and I have had our mattress for a few weeks now and love it. Unlike other mattresses we have had where only one sleeping position is comfortable, no matter how I sleep (whether on my stomach, side, etc) I sleep well and do not feel stiff in the morning. We also loved that it came in two manageable sized boxes that we could bring up to our 11th floor apartment without help!!

Our only complaint really is the smell of the mattress, which I am told comes from the cover. It has gotten better since we have had it, but it was pretty strong when we first got it.

Bedinabox was recommended to us by my mother-in-law, and we have been recommending it to our friends who are looking for mattresses. We are very happy with our new bed!

I have the 9 inch PacDown Plus, and it is the most luxurious mattress I've ever slept on. Firm, but with a fluffy feel from the down cover and top layer of softer foam. The mattress arrived in its box in great shape; I'm small so lugging it upstairs was a challenge, but otherwise it was very easy to unpack and set up. I was nervous about buying on-line and for a while worried that it would lose its firmness with time, but it's been over a year, and it still feels great!

Pros: Very good service. I got what I paid for with no hassles.

I was looking for a mattress that would be helpful with my back pain. After looking at so many styles and brands I decided a memory foam would be best. I looked around the Internet and came across BedinaBox.com. They had just what I wanted and at a really good price. I live in Tennessee so this company is sort of local for me and I prefer American made. I also purchased the Down Cover which is really nice and a foundation. The foundation was very easy to assemble and setting up the bed was quite simple.

I recently purchased a custom sized bed for my daughter. My niece has a memory foam bed from Bed in a box and my daughter loved her bed. When I moved into my new home we went bed shopping and my daughter kept saying " I want the bed my cousin has in her room". I ordered the bed and it was delivered shortly thereafter.

It is probably one of the most comfortable beds she has slept in and while she was away on a Summer trip I took the opportunity to sleep on it. Needless to say it was one of the most restful sleeps I have had in a long time.

I just purchased a day bed frame and intend on ordering another mattress from Bed in a Box for that. This bed will be for my son when he comes home from college and I can't wait for him to try it. Like any typical college student sleep is very important for him and he certainly knows how to sleep in on weekends!

I LOVE this bed. I've been have some back problems from work so I decided to purchase a new mattress. I stumbled upon bedinabox.com just when I was surfing the internet for a memory foam mattress. I saw the prices and the warranties and I was hooked. I decided to finally purchase one and I am so glad that I did. I bought the 11" pac bamboo queen sized mattress. It is so hard to get out of bed in the morning now because I just simply don't want to get out of it. I am now trying to get my mom to buy these mattresses for my younger brothers and herself. Free shipping was also very nice. I have no problem recommending their products to anybody. I think these mattresses are better than the tempur pedic mattresses, at a fraction of the cost. BedinaBox is the best online buy I have ever made...when we needed to replace our mattress, I dreaded those used car salesmen at Sears and other local retailers and I didn't want to spend time testing mattresses in my free-time...so I gambled and purchased the queen size BedinaBox while visiting my boyfriends family in Alaska...we also purchased the frame which was so easy to assemble.
