Northwestern Bell 35800 5.8 GHz 1-Line Cordless Phone

Pros: Red Light shows me where the dang phone is
Cons: Sound quality is a little tinny

Sitting on my Desk at work is my old 9 00 MHz phones. I replaced it at home with a brand new 2.4 GHz phone, when the battery was starting to go on the old phone. After rebate a new phone was only a few bucks more ...

Pros: Price was only $39.00.
Cons: Poor reception, some features didn't work. Hard to hear callers.

Please don't waste your money on the 5.8 GHz Northwestern Bell 35800-4 cordless telephone. The reception faded 3 rooms from the base, the ringer off control did not work and it was hard to hear the caller, even with the volume control at full. There were static and other noises on the line. I was really disappointed in the performance of this phone.
