I used to have the Rdx-55 and that baby gave alot of falsies on laser alert. Seems cellphone towers would set it off like crazy. Anyway I decided to try this unit with the 30day exchange and the trade in on my Rdx-55. Well after having this unit for seven months I can honestly say I'm quite pleased with the results. I highly recommend it and make sure you take all alarms "seriously" I was on a country road one day and the Ka band was going off and I didn't see a cop, well lo and behold he was approaching on the other side of the road. If you drive thru virgina or DC this unit is a must have.

Pros: Strong solid build.  Very sensitive (hasn't let us down yet!) and accurate on threats.
Cons: No complaints except unit does get pretty hot after a long drive. 

Owned for over a year now.  Works great, lots of versatility on what signals to ignore, nice mounting system and strong carrying case.  No complaints.
