Cons: Poor customer service, I never got the item I ordered and they charged me!

I ordered these for my daughter on Dec 5.  She wanted these for Christmas.  They shipped with a tracking number on Dec 8th.  The tracking number never showed up on the USPS website.  After Christmas, I try calling multiple times and can never get through.  Finally I email.  A month later I get a response.  They offer to ship me new ones out.  This was on 1-22-09.  I still have not received any Bendaroos.  I've tried emailing and calling, I have to wait on hold forever and never get anyone to answer.  No one ever replies to my emails.  I'd like to have my money back, but doubt I will ever see it.  Please beware and do not waste your time and money with this company.  PS I've been on hold with them for the past 10 minutes.

Cons: Flat, wax covered strings, that once bent, are not fun looking at all

My 5 year old son asked for Bendaroos for his birthday.  His grandparents purchased them from a local art/craft store, not the official website, so we didn't at least have that part to deal with.  However,,, they do NOT work anything like the commercials.  They are cheap, flat, wax covered string, that once you bend in any way, are discolored (like squished candle wax) and are not bright and 'fun' looking like everything you see.  Both my 5 & 7 year old were disappointed and tried all afternoon to make the best of it,,, but I think in the end will not use them much,,, some are already ruined due to trying to 'reuse' them as advertised. 
Good idea, but poor product.
