I wasn't expecting miracles with this, not expecting the area under my eyes to be 100% flat when I'd finished. I've been plagued by stubborn bags for ages, and was pleasantly surprised to find they did indeed even out / flatten a bit very soon after using Ooh La Lift. I have slight dark circles too which were softened but didn't disappear, then again that's not what OLL is supposed to do. I'll continue using this because I like the way it makes the skin around my eyes look smoother.
