Pros: Gets LDL numbers down. Kosher. Acceptable taste.
Cons: Taste may take some getting used to, but no worse than average margarine

Pros: Spreadable, maybe good for those reduced to this.
Cons: Taste and smell are weird..like a bad science fiction movie. That tells all.

Pros: Could be an alternative for butter.
Cons: Does contain partially hydrogenated soybean oil.

Pros: Proven to lower cholesterol levels, healthier option for everybody
Cons: None, unless you prefer less healthy alternatives

Pros: The taste and consistency were both okay from the beginning.
Cons: Sometimes it is hard to find. Otherwise, no cons.

Pros: There is nothing pro about Benecol. It is made with Partially Hydrogenated oil
Cons: Benecol states that is has no trans fats,yet has Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil.

Pros: Lowered my total cholesterol by 63 points. Dose not inflame your liver. Cheaper too boot.
Cons: The taste, probably not good if you are on a low fat diet.
