Pros: Based on 7+ months of use, a very good mattress for a reasonable price.
Cons: Customer Service sucks
Summary: This is my first ever foam mattress so the only comparison I have is with regular mattresses. After a few days of getting used to it, I enjoy it a lot. The Bergad folks are something else. I ordered a mattress and explicitly asked for a damask cover.
