I go to Biba's several times a year and I never get out of the bar area. It's not like I have a problem or anything, I just like the bar food and the atmosphere on the first floor.

It's too hard too say if I like or dislike this restaurant. There are many aspects to look at. The food there ranges from good to great weather you downstairs at the bar or upstairs in the actual restaurant, which serves a larger selection of food....

Biba is my favorite "special night out" place in Boston. If you can, get a table overlooking the Public Garden. The decor is stylish, and you will see lots of beautiful people there, but I have never found the service to be snooty.
