Pros: Amplifier makes workout entertaining and more effective Cons: Muscle burns.

Pros: Fun way to lose weight, get fit, and feel good about yourself! Cons: I don't care for the 5th dvd, the Live Version.

Get Amped!

Pros: It combines cardio and weight training in a fun way. Cons: People new to exercise may need to work up to using the bar.
I have been a fan of Billy's workouts for years and the Amped series is one of my favorites! It combines the Tae Bo I know and love with a 3 lb weighted bar. This video is full of energy and the workouts themselves are aimed at changing your body. Within a couple weeks I noticed a difference in my arms and abs. Each time I do it, I am drenched in sweat and sore the next day. It gives an awesome burn and even better results. I highly recommend this workout series!
