I have used this product for over ten years and have found it invaluable as a fertility indicator. I have prevented pregnancy with it's use and love it because it is an all natural form of birth control with no side effects and the use of no chemicals. It is extremely accurate and trouble free. Mine is acting up right now and I think I have to replace it which is pretty great seeing as how I've used it for 10 years without any problems. It is easy to use. It beeps to let you know when to take your temp in the morning and beeps again when a temp is registered. It keeps track of the daily temps for 7 months so there is no need to chart them. If you do want to chart, you can use the Bioself to go back and look at the temps at any time. I love it because it makes the sympto-thermal method of Natural Family Planning very easy to use. It is great to use for both achieving or avoiding pregnancy.
