I purchased these strips a while ago, and have just run across them in the house recently, and used them. These strips each come on a plastic card, like a band-aid. You peel the little white gauze-like strip off and form it around your nose. Then I dampen my finger with water and dab it onto the strip while it is formed around my nose. The strip molds around the nose, like a paper-mache mask. After (15) minutes I take the cast off and I can see where the blackheads have adhered and been removed. It is nice looking at my nose without all of those blackheads in it/
