    Cons: Cheaply made piece of junk, POOR customer service.

    Pros: Super suction, amazing cleaning ability. Self propel is nice feature & extra long cord handy.
    Cons: Heavy, always tips, cord mount bulky.  Excessive static, dirt 'jumps' out when emptying container.

    Summary: Very large and heavy unit.  Many onboard tools - but, unit tips excessively when tools are used.  The hose is very tightly woven, pretty much cannot extend hose without pulling unit over.
