This is the worst coffee pot I have ever bought...It will leak all over your counter and floor if you dont have the carafe in just right. Nothing like hot coffee all over your kitchen at 5.30 am! At first this seemed like a pretty good machine, programmable feature easy to use, but like another reviewer I had an overflow problem once a few months ago and today the lights work... but no coffee. If the carafe isn't in the right spot the coffee backs up and overflows from the top. Also the carafe doesn't pour easily, lots of spills.

Day 5 of owning pause and serve latch falls off as simply to loose to snap in holding tongs. 2 month 6:00 am coffee making overflows, pause and serve stuck, coffee overflows a little on controls.Wipe off with clothe and dry to best of ability. Now no controls of coffee maker work. Very frustrating as second B&D maker to have problems with controls.
