Pros: Convenient, useful Cons: big, no battery power indicator, will not work for all small electronics

avoid them

Pros: NONE Cons: THERE IS NO OPTION.
I contacted Black and Decker support about the two products that I purchased. I explained that their manual indicated that I should call their customer service number first on any problem or questions. I did this and explained that both of the pocket power units were not performing as expected by the described manual. I was told that because the units were purchased from unsupported vendors, the 2 year warranty would not be honored even though I had documentation indicating I had the units less than two weeks. There was nothing in the original purchase to indicate the vendor I was buying from was unsupported by Black and Decker. The vendor of course took my money and would not make any return.
