Pros: When it worked, it made a nice loaf. Easy to clean. Cons: Paddles fall off while mixing, Paddles difficult to remove from shafts, Oil leakage.
Summary: We've had or B2300 for 15 months now. We made a loaf about every 2 weeks for just my wife and I. Once after 4 months we noticed grey oil coming from the paddle shafts and getting on the dough. We didn't notice any more after and kept using it.
