Pros: very easy to hear, comfortable fit in ear, good signal quality and noise reduction
Cons: microphone sound too quiet, pieces sometimes fall off, buttons are confusing and inconvenient

Summary: I used this device for two and a half years before I lost it at a football game a few weeks ago. I loved it because it's light, easy to take on and off, extremely comfortable (half the time I'd forget I was wearing the thing), and has great sound quality

Pros: Looks nice. Found the buttons easy to use, small size.
Cons: Terrible design for the pot, pours down the side of the pot.
Summary: I returned this coffee pot the next day after purchasing it. It says the pot is a no drip spout, well they are right it doesn't drip ....***IT POURS*** down the side of the pot as your trying to pour a cup of coffee. There was more coffee on the counter

Cons: Spilling is inevitable.
Summary: Whoever designed this coffeemaker drinks coffee at Starbucks. This is not a consumer friendly unit. It is virtually impossible to pour water or coffee out of this coffee urn without spilling. Slow or fast or even half-fast! Right handed or left

Pros: Makes large pot of coffee in 15 minutes pause and serve feature does work great
Cons: Program buttons at the base beverage can spill on them and they break mine did.
Summary: Water level on side not easy to view. Clock not easy to view. Pause and serve feature how ever works great. Easy to fill and clean Not a bad coffee pot just be careful not to spill anything on the buttons at the base.
