Pros: Automatic start timer, Automatic shut-off, No coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup. Cons: Pot spills water during pouring (if it's filled to the brim).
Summary: I am a coffee freak. A cup (or pot) of coffee in the morning is a must have. I love to sip on my mug of coffee, while watching the morning news. When the news is over, my coffee is usually gone, and I'm full of energy to start my day. I wanted a coffee ... read more

Pros: Fast and easy to use. The caraffe never drips. Two sets of fill markings. Cons: It can plug up occasionally, causing the grounds to overflow.
Summary: The Black and Decker DCM 2500 coffemaker is an absolutely great product - with one possibly fatal flaw. It is one of the lower cost coffeemakers on the market. It has great looks and brews great tasting coffee. It brews a full pot of ... read more

Pros: Price, Easy to Use, Easy to Pour Pitcher, Good Coffee Cons: Placement of Controls, Water Temperature.
Summary: Drip coffee-makers. When you get down to it, the basic technology of all of them is the same. You heat water, pour it through a coffee-filled filter, and coffee drips into the carafe. How good the coffee will be depends on the ... read more

Pros: looks nice Cons: coffee grinds get into the pot
Summary: I love coffee. I love it hot or cold. I love it mostly with cream and sugar, and when I feel like some excitement a shot of some sugary syrup will hit the spot. What I do not love is making coffee. I rather go down the block to get a cup made just ... read more

Pros: Coffee is served hot and fast. Performs well. Cons: Caraffe lid breaks too easy, & time the coffee stays hot is way too short.
Summary: This machine works well. Other than a flawed lid which breaks easy, it is a good coffeemaker. The time should also be increased for the pot to stay

Pros: Don't have any Cons: The carafe leaks and the clock has a mind of its own.
Summary: Will be taken back to KMart by the weekend. I had this one day and it doesn't work properly. They just don't make Black and Decker like they used to. I'll be getting another

Pros: Carafe does NOT DRIP! So nice. Cons: Hard to clean; grounds in coffee--often!
Summary: I can't decide if I like this coffee maker or not. We've had a barrage of bad luck with coffee makers this week, and this is our third one. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the carafe--it actually doesn't DRIP! However, I have yet to brew a full pot of coffee 10

Pros: Programmable is a nice feature Cons: Coffee grounds backing up if the pot is not placed right
Summary: If you don't put the glass carafe on the base just right, it causes the coffee to stop dripping, backing up. Then it spills hot coffee and grounds all over the counter. Also. as the review above said, the grounds get caught in a plastic appendage and

Pros: The timer and clock was easy to program while it worked. Cons: Over flowing filter basket makes a huge mess. Timer/clock reliability very poor.
Summary: I purchased this coffee maker based on the Black & Decker name. I have and use Blacker & Decker tools. They should stick to making tools and leave the coffee makers to someone else. My first experience with the maker was very disturbing. Unless the

Pros: None, unless you really like having a timer feature. Cons: See above.
Summary: It is impossible to clean this coffee maker. The grounds basket gets very nasty, and is grooved, which makes it awkward to get clean. The carafe has a piece of plastic that the lid is mounted to, that somehow captures coffee underneath it. Even after

Pros: Timer feature is nice for early mornings. Cons: Stopped working after a month. Now we have a nice flower pot.
Summary: Bought this coffee maker for an exorbitant price about a month ago. Bought it specifically for the timer feature. Christmas Eve, it just stopped working. Calls to the store (Canadian Tire) advised us we needed to prove we bought it there-of course I
