Our room lacked a working phone and both lamps in the room had burnt-out bulbs. The shades didn't work and our non-smoking room reeked so badly of smoke we had to wash all our clothes upon our return. Blankets were worn out and very shabby looking.

The inside of the elevator looked third world.
