Pros: Beautiful color selections, blends easily Cons: Darker shades seems higher in pigment, expensive
Although I love to experiment with different cosmetics, I am quite conservative when it comes to blush. I have been using the very subtle Clinique Sheer Powder Blush (in the shades Lucky Clover and New Clover) since 1990, and I was always quite...
A recent Epinions review of Bobbi Brown eye shadow sent me to my local Jacobson's Department Store to see what all the excitement is about. Where I live, we don't have the widest selection of cosmetic stores, and Bobbi Brown...
Pros: Great natural colors to blend with any skin tone! Cons: None.
I have been using Bobbi Brown cosmetics for over five years now. I was especially drawn to this line because of the great colors it offers, especially given my Asian skin tone. Years ago, it used to be hard to find colors to wear that wasn't too pink, or...
I've recently discovered blush for giving my face a glow - where have I been all these years? Anyway, because I have just realized what a great cosmetic product blush is, I have tried many. In the "powder" blush category, Bobbi Brown gets my...
I am a relatively new convert to Bobbi Brown products, previously having used lines like Clinique and Lancome, which I still use for some items. This blush is fantastic because the colors are natural and it wears well. Plus, it never gets that "old" texture in the pot like some other brands do. "Blushed" is a great color for fair skin!
Pros: Very natural and very soft colors Cons: None
I started using Bobbi Brown products about 2 years ago, when my boss, who was a Bobbi Brown beauty advisor in a previous life, introduced the line to me. The thing I love most about this line of makeup is that it's very natural. If you want bright, flashy, shocking makeup, this isn't the line for you. But if you want natural, beautiful, soft makeup, this is the best.
Bobbi Brown blushes are very soft and very natural, although the darker tones can be very pigmented, so a little definitely goes a long way. My three absolute favorite blush colors are Blushed, Tawny, and Ski Slopes.
Another great thing is that the blush pans are nice and wide, so it coats your blush brush very evenly. And even though it's $18 a pop, it definitely lasts a very long time.
This blush is really very natural, but doesn't wear very long. At least for me, I felt like I had to reapply sooner than I do with other blushes. I really like Bobbi Brown eye colors and their brushes are wonderful.
