Pros: Small, lightweight, emphasis is on what you put into the workout.
Cons: Rubber band wears out in 2 years.

Pros: I gave it to someone who was laid up in hospital. SHE LOVED IT
Cons: Most of the gadgets (bars,band, etc - not really required to get the results

Pros: Inexpensive.. Only takes 15 minutes a day.. Even people with no mobility can do it.
Cons: Breathing is a little harsh..

Pros: Exercise sitting, you may get a bit of benefit from the gym bar
Cons: Dangerous, ineffective, ridiculous breathing exercises, was recalled, inflated claims
