Pros: This is a diet that doesn't rely on will-power, but only on informed dietary choices. Cons: The recipe section is wasted on me--but you might like to cook!

Pros: pretty easy to modify to a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet. And fairly easy for ovo or lacto Cons: if you are not familiar with vegetarian food exchanges it would be difficult to a point. Vegan and Fruitarian exchange is near impossible
