Pros: Hunger and cravings come under your control. Lose fat and gain muscle. Cons: Requires radical change in your eating habits.

Pros: Good diet, easy to read, explains the process to you Cons: 14.95, he has a few chapters where he vendicates himself from media negativeness as well as other negativeness directed at the diet.
