    Pros:
    - Easy to follow baby steps

    - Insight from a person who has "been there"
    Cons:
    - The book is slightly outdated, but the principles are not

    Pros: Flows well, filled with good financial advice, easy to understand plan for finances.
    Cons: To follow the plan must be willing to make sacrifices in lifestyle.
