An Incredibly Useful Guide for the Average Person Seeking Mental Strength

Pros: Easy read, hard to close.So clearly-written it's like personally interviewing the author.Gr8 stories.
Cons: I'll spend a lot of time sending these out as Christmas and graduation presents.
