Oral History is the Best Histroy by ashliew182 ,Jul 05 '08
Pros: The book starts off with Iggy Pop who is known of the creator of punk. Cons: This book provides a limited history of punk and can get very boring at times.
The cover and title of this book crasped my attention right away. This book is for underage kids discovering punk and punk veterans
alike. This is one of the many books that has attempted to stamp a time a place on punk begins & history which can't be done. This oral history of punk rock is not the best I have read but I enjoyed reading it and may read it again. This book can get boring at times because of the fact that they left out so much musically and globally.
