do your internet research, i wish i had. bosch does not provide support on the phone, contrary to what their website and documentation says. only 3 of my settings work, the self cleaning has never worked. i can't afford to have it fixed, so it is trash. we hardly used it. a terrible choice on my part. you have to remove the unit from the wall in order to inspect or replace anything. with so many choices, this is not it.
