    Cons: Comforters An Issue

Summary: The vented, 3.5 cu. ft. Bosch WTA 3510 Axxis dryer provides a valuable alternative to the consumer looking for something just a little different. True, the German manufactured Bosch is new in the domestic appliance, but they offer a superior product that ... read more

Pros: Bosch Axxis condensation dryer a great idea if more reliable.
Cons: Dryer broke in 3 years and unrepairable. Authorized technicians unfamiliar with product. Bosch support insufficient.

  • Not so nice Dryer

    May 9, 2005
    Pros: compact size, energy efficient
Cons: Bad design, terrible service, finicky equipment

Summary: I am writing this review after having the Axxis+ WTA 3510 unit for about 2.5 years. I was originally going to purchase the Whirlpool front loaders but I found out they would not fit in my rather cramped laundry room so I switched to Bosch for their ... read more

  • I dislike this dryer.

    Aug 29, 2004
    Pros: Compact size.
Cons: Similar fabric weight loading to achieve complete drying.

Summary: I purchased the Bosch Axxis WTA 3510 electric dryer because I was limited for space and it is very compact in size. That is it's only advantage that I can determine. There are 2 choices as to how to dry clothes - sensor drying (the dryer supposedly ... read more

Pros: Takes up little space Energy efficient
Cons: Clothes come out damp Unless you do half loads wrinkling an issue

Summary: This is a product that is very popular in Europe due to it's small size and efficiency. My wife has been washing and drying closes since the early 1960's and thought this product had some shortcomings. She found that the capacity was an issue for ... read more

  • Best dryer I've ever owned and I've been married since 1966.

    Apr 28, 2003
Pros: Fast! Durable. Quiet. LEAVES CLOTHES UNWRINKLED NO MATTER HOW FULL YOUR HUSBAND STUFFS IT!
Cons: Comes with a 4-prong plug. Older homes have 3-prong outlets.

Summary: Our Maytag dryer finally died. Friends who have newer Maytags are unhappy. Epinions reviews are negative. OK, Maytag's out. I spend a lot of time doing research. The laundry pile approaches the ceiling--and we have high ceilings. In the ... read more

  • Feature packed, sleak design Bosch WTA35

Rated a Somewhat Helpful Review by the Epinions community
    Oct 31, 2001
Pros: Multiple features, digital cycle countdown, anticrease option.
Cons: Small objects can fall into nomans land.

Summary: I purchased this Bosch WTA35 just over 1 year ago as a set with the Bosch WFk24 washer because we needed a compact stacking model. After recovering from sticker shock - I compared the Asko and Miele. The Bosch set was the best price and has all of the ... read more

  • German engineering reaches new highs with Bosch!

Rated a Very Helpful Review by the Epinions community
    May 19, 2001
Pros: German engineering, compact but can handle large loads
Cons: expensive, but is worth it

Summary: Washing and drying clothes usually is not a spectator sport. But, since I have purchased my Bosch washer and dryer set, I have been known to peek in to see how the machines are working! I realize this sounds a bit strange, but let me ... read more

    Pros: energy-efficient, compact size
Cons: smaller capacity perhaps not suited to large families

Summary: If you're looking for a compact, energy-efficient dryer, buy a Bosch series WTA35! I chose my Bosch dryer after considerable research. I considered other models, including Asko, Frigidaire, and Maytag Neptune, and Bosch won hands-down. And I ... read more

  • ALL BOSCH DRYERS AWFUL FOR DRYING SHEETS

Not rated yet by the Epinions community
    Sep 7, 2009
    Pros: Good for clothes
Cons: AWFUL for sheets or large fabrics

Summary: They are fine for clothes but a pain for drying sheets. All Bosch dryers spin fast so what happens when you dry sheets? They bundle up into a a big ball of fabric that refuses to dry because there is no air space between the fabrics. You have to

  • The Worst Dryers I've ever owned

    Jul 8, 2006
    Pros: Small size
Cons: Heat element stops working and require dismantleing to reset

Summary: This dryer is terrible. We bought it for its small size and it fits well in a tight closet. Unfortunately, it often stops drying. The lint vent easily clogs and then the heat element of the dryer stops working. You have to push a button that is located

  • Broken after 2 years of light duty

    Nov 29, 2005
    Pros: Compact design
    Cons: slow dry time, noisy

Summary: This dryer has never really shined for us. It is noisy and takes almost 1.5 to 2 hours to dry one load. There are only 2 of us and we do maybe 3 loads a week if that so now after only 312 loads the dryer has quit working... Whats even worse is getting

Pros: Doesn't take up much space.
Cons: Clothes still wet after 90 minutes.

Summary: I'd rather run down two flights of stairs to the basement of my old house to do laundry than have this washer and dryer on the same level as my bedroom. If you prefer separating your clothes by weight before drying, then this is the machine for you. If

  • Avoid this dryer and its companion washer

Rated Show by the Epinions community
    Nov 21, 2004
    Pros: Not ugly
    Cons: Poor usability

Summary: I thoroughly dislike this dryer (and the matching washer). Clothes come out unevenly dried. The manual suggests basing loads on weight. What? Who does that? My dryer works for me, not me for it. The dryer sensor is useless. It seems to kick off as soon

  • WUNDERBAR!

    Pros: Speed of drying.
Cons: noisy and end of cycle signal doesnt stop after a while.

Summary: Bought this dryer with my Bosch washer WFR2460 2 years ago. Never had a problem. Drying is super quick. Lint filter is super fine so dryer softening sheets are not recommended. There are only 2 things that i dont like about the dryer. #1 its a bit
