Great sound, tough universal remote by oliveiraa ,Mar 07 '09
Pros: Amazing sound quality and styling Cons: Remote difficult. Wires can interfere with remote signal. Set-up challenging.
The sound quality is fantastic. Example, my wife and I were watching a movie when we heard a police siren go off, seemingly in our neighbors driveway, we paused the movie, got up, ran outside .... nothing there. A little scared, we went back to the movie only to realize, the perfect pitch sound had been on the movie playing the Dolby Digital.
The universal remote is a challenge. Best to avoid even trying to use it for other components. If wires are around the Bose cables there is significant interference in the remote ability to connect ot system and frankly doesn't work well at all.
Set up of system including components is very difficult to coordinate all video and audio inputs.
