Bose TriPort Consumer Headphones

Pros: Nice sound great and looking design.
Cons: To expenssive, chinsy thin cord, distortion on loud volume.

I read some of the reviews on these headphones and saw that some people were either bragging and touting how great these headphones were or they were sayong that they were not good at all and were better products out there. In my opinion these are great headphones but are not worth the 149.00 bose is asking on them. I would rank them as a 50.00 set of headphones. Acoustics are bright nad clear mids are nice and clear, but the bass could do more. On heavy bass loads the Triports lose it. If its normal listing without exess volume they are fine on the bass with a great sound. If your into classical then these would make great headphones for you, but if your looking to crank it up look soomewhere else. All in all these are not worth the money.

Pros: Light Weight. Comfortable. Nice Design.
Cons: Sound is not rich and deep like promised on the package.

I just bought a pair today. I got them for my Rio Riot. Hoping they would deliver richer sound... especially deeper bass. It didn't really deliver on these. The sound sounds bland to ok...... I wanted immersive and acoustic sound... oh well. I am gonna return my pair tomorrow.

Pros: Amazing sound, comfortable over the ear design, light weight, handy cord extension
Cons: None, well maybe price, but you pay for perfection!

Don't be fooled by the rating on these headphones! I have purchased lots of headphones in search of the ultimate listening experience! These headphones are the best I have heard so far. I have owned just as expensive pro style headphones from Sony and have been very disapointed, they wound up on Ebay the next week. The only reason these headphones are not getting an excellent rating is because of portability, they are not really designed for portability, but more for home use. I would highly recommend

I bought these headphones last november and now the left side is not working. Bose customer care sucks! Its only open like four hours a day but when they are open they give you the rong fax number so when your trying to send them a copy of the receit to get a new pair you kind of cant. Great sound when they work but now im just ticked off! When you spend that type of money you expect long lasting quality. Never again, the head phones are worthless now. I suggest if you want long lasting quality and fair sound you buy a pair of koss r/10 headphones for one thing they are much cheaper running about $30 but are much more durable and if you dont beleive me Ive had mine for about 4 years now and im listening to my ipod through them as im wrighting this.
