Bottle Shock~Based on A True Story~How California's Wine Industry Challenged The Vineyards of France

by ifif1938 Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 100, Feb 22 '09
Pros: Very entertaining especially for anyone who loves a good bottle of wine. Beautiful cinematography
Cons: Nothing that I can think of
I just watched a charming movie set in the heart of Napa Valley, based on a true story depicting the birth of American wines as rivals to the, never before challenged, French wine industry. The year is 1976 when Bottle Shock begins. The ...

by james4539 ,Feb 17 '09
Pros: Beautiful scenery and interesting characters
Cons: More about the red wine tasting part of the Paris event would have been great.
I enjoyed the development of the characters involved in the process of producing the winning white wine. It really pays off I think in the developments near the end of the film.
