Pros: Lots of features; lifetime warranty on the bows; effective.

Pros: Almost 100 exercises, easy on the joints, impressive construction, movable and foldable if necessary.
Cons: Larger than it appears in the ads, attachments are not easy to put in place.

Pros: If you are committed, you will benefit from using the equipment. Equipment is good quality.
Cons: Poor packaging. Difficult assembly. Customer service cant be trusted to process refunds correctly.

Pros: Great workout, the attachments are worth the additional cost. Very smooth mechanical motion.
Cons: Heavy assembly time, 10 to 14 hours! The hardware is in box 5~!

Pros: None, I could never get the unit even after 3 weeks!!!
Cons: The worst service and support!!!!

Pros: Quality construction, easy to follow assembly instructions, Great work out.
Cons: Shipping method. UPS can't seem to deliver anything in one piece. Assembly time. Price.
Summary: I've been wanting a Bowflex for years but I'm glad I waited. The Ultimate 2 is the best I've seen. I initially had some problems with the shipping. It took over a week for them to put the order through but once shipped it came pretty quick.

Pros: The Bowflex Ultimate 2 is versatile and easy to use.
Cons: As with any gym machine it takes up space and changing the weights is annoying.
Summary: The Bowflex Ultimate 2 is a great tool for a workout. It is versatile in that you can work out specific areas of the body or do a full body workout. The machine is easy to use and you can achieve great results with even short but consistent workouts.
