We purchased a king size Milan mattress a month ago and so far are very pleased with it. Prior to this purchase we had been sleeping on a sleep number air bed. After two and a half years we were not able to find a comfortable setting and my husband experienced back pain almost every night. We had tried the name brand memory foam beds in store displays but didn't want to pay the high price for them. We did some research on-line and decided to try the Bragada brand. It is extremely comfortable, we're getting good, quality sleep, and my husband has experienced no back pain on this mattress.

We received our queen size mattress, a week ago. WOW!, here let me say that again: WOW!, I have upper back and neck problems, and have been sleeping on a loveseat for the last three years because I could not find a mattress that did not leave me with severe back pain in the morning.  My wife is disabled with two injured knees and has trouble sleeping, Bragada is the best thing that's ever happened to our sleeping situation, it's great to be able to sleep in the same bed again, and sleep all night long, and wake up feeling like we slept.

Besides the product, they could not be nicer people to deal with. They answered all of my questions (and I had a lot LOL). Mike at extension 208 was very helpful, and didn't get anoyed at my 1001 questions.

My only suggestion for the Bragada company is to do a better job with emails for tracking purposes. Besides that, you're #1!!!

This is a quick note of thanks: In May of 2008 I ordered a Bragada bed and wanted to share with you that I LOVE IT!! I researched and priced out the Tempur-Pedic bed vs. the Bragada. What got my attention was the Orthopaedic Seal endorsement. I knew that I wanted to purchase a Tempur-Pedic type mattress, but I thought it was over priced - because of it popularity. I received a lot more, at a much lower price, from Bragada mattress than if I purchased the Tempur-Pedic plain "Jane" version. I wanted to express my appreciation for the long hours of sleep due to the mattress's conformability and it soothes my achy muscles and bones. (I was recently diagnosed with MS) What an amazing difference it is from a regular box spring style mattress and boxspring. When I sleep at night, I sleep in the same position all night. No more turning over and over again trying to find a comfortable position to sleep in. Thank you for a job well done.

We purchased the Bragada King Crowne king mattress one year ago, and initially liked it. After just a couple months, however, there was a noticeable sag and decreasing support. We contacted the company, Bragada, to get our money back after suffering more and more for a year, and they informed us that their 100% full warranty meant that we could ship the mattress to them (our expense), they would inspect it, and replace it IF defective. There are many reasons why this warranty is impractical for most people (incl. cost, time and what to sleep on in the meantime), and why would we want another one of their mattresses if we didn't like the first one? Either way, we would have to spend more money (on the s/h) to take advantage of their warranty. The warranty was not made available to us until we tried to cash in on it. (There is a very brief "warranty" on their website that states the "100% full warranty" part, but no description of what that means.) Not a good bed, and not a good company!!

I was very pleased with the first mattress I purchased for my first daughter. When it was time to purchase one for my younger daughter I was trying to save some money so I chose a different company b/c I wanted to stay eco-friendly and $700 is pricey for a two year olds mattress.  Their product was clearly inferior to the bragada so despite restocking fees and delivery charges I took the hit and returned it. 

I then purchased her mattress from bragada and am very happy (again). I purchased my mattress from bragada and (again) am happy.

I thought I was going to buy an airbed for us, but I wasn't interested in the "used car" selling tactics from other mattress retailers. Bragada sells their beds at the same price for everyone, so that always makes me feel good. Other wise, how do I know I'm getting a good deal?

Their foam compared to others really feels so much better. Great support and the pressure points are diminished. Delivery was fast (only 2 weeks) and set up was no problem at all (for my husband).

If you want great product and company bragada is the way to go.

I would like to take a couple of minutes to say a couple things about the new "Avalon" by Bragada bed we purchased a few weeks ago.My wife and I both have bad backs and found it hard to sleep comfortably and almost always waking with a back ache with our other mattresses. This mattress is the most comfortable beds my wife and I have ever slept on. I recently purchased one of Bragada memory foam beds (Crown) and I must say I am extremely pleased. I have tried several spring mattresses in the past due to my bad lower back. My last one was an expensive firm mattress that did nothing but cause additional back pain every morning. Most mornings, my pain was so bad I could no longer lay in bed, and often would have to take a few Ibuprophen to alleviate the pain.

The very first day sleeping on your memory foam mattress, I woke with ZERO back pain. I have had it for about a month now with ZERO back pain each and every morning.

I can't say enough good things about my Bragada. My husband and I took a gamble when we purchased a mattress online but it certainly paid off. My sister has a Tempurpedic and we wanted one very badly to replace our old spring mattress. We could NOT get a good nights sleep and, delirious and tired, seriously considered paying the price for a Tempupedic. Fortunately I came across the Bragada website just before we took the plunge. I couldn't believe that the quality was up to par with Tempurpedic for the price, but it was. That's all there is to it. I've slept on Tempurpedics in the past and I now sleep on my Baragda Waldorf, and I get the same wonderful nights sleep on both. We are completely happy with our purchase. In reading some of the other reviews I can't believe that anyone could be unhappy with this mattress. It seems that the Crowne mattress might not be the best choice. Go with the Madison, Waldorf or Vienna. You won't regret it!

We recently received our King Size Silver Cloud - it's wonderful!!! We tried out all of the competitors in the stores, but kept coming back to the Bragada because of price and because of all the reviews we had read. We really were hesitant about buying a bed online without being able to try it out first, but we are SO happy we did it. It is truly an amazing bed - both of us have been sleeping wonderfully since it arrived.

After speaking with Bragada's customer service and Vincent simmions I am completely satisified. They have stepped up and makining sure I am happy with the product that I purcheaced. I spent the time reviewing the other product reviews I feel comfortable making these statements. I have never had any problems with my foundation, it has never squeeked or given me any problems. As for the other mattress that seem to be giving people problems. The model that has been mentioned is the Crowne. That is the standard model and paying only $600 for a king mattress is amazing to me. I have spent as much as $4000 for a king mattress.

I Purchased a king size Bragada mattress about 2 years ago. To say that I was impressed with the quality and workmanship would be an understatement. We have tried the to of the line major brand mattresses, waterbed, adjustable air mattress and a really expensive topper mattress, some of which helped a little, and some not at all. With 67 years under my belt, a bad back, herniated disks and bursitis in my shoulder, the test was just how good the Bragada really worked. Amazingly, it absolutely exceeded my expectations. For the last 2 years I have had a solid night's sleep with no pain upon awakening in the morning. Sadly, as the day progresses, the pain gradually returns which makes me actually look forward to going to sleep in my Bragada bed. My husband bought this for me.  It quickly developed a valley where I slept.  The valley keeps getting worse and worse.  I weigh 160 lbs so not terribly overweight.  The one nice thing about sleeping in a trough is that during pregnancy it supported my growing belly without the need for a body pillow.  Very soft, but not good quality.

Pros: Easy to adjust to, warranty, quality, comfort. Priced better than comparable mattresses.
Cons: I haven't found any yet, but you may be so comfortable you miss your alarm!

I would like to say that I just received my Queen size Vienna. I usually wake up so stiff and sore. The first morning I noticed an immediate difference in how I felt. I was so much more comfortable sleeping in my new bed. I'm sitting here counting the minutes until I can crawl back in there! It's just a wonderful feeling when you "sink" in for a nights sleep. It's a definite dream!

We have had our Bragada "Vienna" California King for three months now and I am yet to experience the nagging back pain that used to wake me up by 4:00am every morning. I don't think that I have slept until 7 AM for years; since we have been sleeping on our Bragada, I must set my alarm clock when I have to get up early. I purchased my Bragada mattress 4 years ago and my husband and I absolutely love it. It is without a doubt the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on--no pressure points and no tossing and turning like before. You get a much more restful sleep. It performs exactly like the ads of the 'high priced' mattress you see advertised say those beds perform. My sister in law tried mine, then bought one herself. They absolutely love it.

Cons: Very poor support, no home-trial, very slow shape recovery of the foam.

I bought the Crowne by Bragada together with the base support for about $900. The first feel was fantastic. However when I woke up in the morning I noticed that I had sunken in very far. After three nights, there was a noticeable depression in the mattress, the support was pathetic. Admittedly, I'm a "dense" guy, 6'2 200lb with very little body fat. After a week I was starting to feel very uncomfortable in the morning, to the point that I swapped out the Bragada mattress for the $100 futon mattress in our guest room. It took almost 72 hours of not using the Bragada mattress before it fully recovered it's original shape, while I was immediately more comfortable in the mornings waking up on the futon. I gave it another try a couple of weeks later with the same result, and finally sold the mattress on craigslist for $400. I don't know if the Tempurpedic would have been different, but I sure would have saved a lot of money had I been able to return the mattress under their home-trial period.

I recently purchased a king sized Avalon mattress and foundation on-line. I am so happy that I did! The cost of Tempur Pedic made getting a memory foam mattress out of my reach, but the Bragada was within my budget AND has a lifetime warranty!
The mattress feels great, firm and supportive, yet soft and conforms to my body whether I am laying on my back or side. The two free contour pillows I received are also a nice bonus, and I have been waking up with no back or neck aches and pains since I got the bed a week ago. I am 7 months pregnant, and this mattress really helps me to get more quality sleep at night. My old pillow top innerspring made me feel the "hammock effect" when my husband would lay too close, and I hated that sinking feeling I would get. Now we can cuddle and still feel supported underneath. It is just terrific! You won't be disappointed if you get one of these mattresses, really!

Just spent my second week on the Bragada Vienna. Love the bed! I haven't slept better in years. As soon as I lay down, all the fatique of the day melts away. I like the firm sides of the Vienna for sitting. I had been looking for a quality bed for almost three years and researched memory foam, latex and all the latest two zone, air mattresses. I kept coming back to memory foam. The lifetime warranty of Bragada beats all the competition and the quality of the foam is every bit as good as TempurPedic. I find the accompanying pillows too hard, but the bed is great.. The service was excellent, from gathering information to ordering to delivery...all first rate. The sales people do not work on commission so you get good advice. I was actually steered away from the most expensive line since I don't have chronic back problems. Seven years ago my wife and I decided on a Bragada mattress. To our surprise this investment, yes I said investment, was the best we've ever made. It took about a month to get used to sleeping the right way. On our old bed when I woke up my back would acke and my body would just hurt all over. Since sleeping on our bragada all of that has stopped. I don't ever remember sleeping as well on any other mattress in my life. There service people are great too.

We'll we ordered another for my wife's parents and they love their bed just as much as we do. They are in there 70's and so they needed the adjustable part too which we think is way cool. We're planning on ordering one for us in a few months.

The bottom line...nearly 7 years later our Bragada is just as comfortable as the day we got it and we highly recommend them to anyone needing a great night sleep.

We purchased our Bragada three years ago, so this is a long term test period. We wanted to know this mattress would withstand the test of time before submitting a review. I would say the mattress performs as well now as the first night we slept on it. I can honestly say I have never slept on a better mattress. I,m a big guy 6 foot 280 pounds and fairly hot natured, so I was concerned with heat distribution and the mattress's ability to hold it's form and support capabilities.

I would say this mattress sleeps slightly warmer than the Simmon's I was used to. This takes some getting used to, but after a short time, it is a non issue. The mattress has held it's form excellently with no detectable depression. As far as comfort, this is the only mattress I have slept on that actually rejuvenates the body. From day one, I have awoken felling better than when I went to sleep. FIVE STARS !!! Bragada will be the only mattress I will ever own. If we ever wear this one out we will order another Bragada!

We purchased a bragada mattress to replace a kingsdown that was never comfortable from day one. We paid a huge sum of money for the kingsdown and when we found it to be so uncomfortable we attempted to contact kingsdown to let them know. We could not contact them so we were stuck with a terribly expensive mattress. We oredered the bragada and were amazed at the difference! So comfortable and the proper amount of support. My shoulders don't feel tingly anymore when I wake up. They are easy to contact if you have any problems and really stand behind their products!

Customer service was such a pleasure to deal with. I do not think that I would ever purchase another type of mattress .You wake without back pain and really get a good nights sleep. I give this company a five star rating!!

A few years ago, I was introduced to the Memory Foam type bed from referrals I received from coworkers and made my purchase at a local bed store. I have been very happy with the Memory Foam bed especially recovering from back surgery. When the time came to change from a queen to king size bedroom set, I checked with some local Memory Foam bed sellers and their beds appeared to be quite pricey. I then checked the Bragada Memory Foam bed web site and not only was the pricing far better but the Bragada Memory Foam bed itself had more constructional features then the beds sold at local bed stores. Purchased the Madison model in October 2008. Did not receive a reply to several concerns. I noted that the company states in their FAQs that a mattress pad is not necessary but the warranty states it is the responsibility of the consumer to protect the mattress with a pad. Also, don't expect the product you receive to look like the item pictured on the website. The "European style box pillow-top" is simply a stitching around the side of the mattress.

12/12/08 Received an e-mail from company a day after my review ( no response previously for a 40 day period). They did respond to my concerns but the mattress pad issue is still confusing as I don't want to add a layer of material that might affect the heat sensing properties of the foam. We do feel better now about our purchase.

The president of the company has responded to my concerns about the mattress pad and the style of the boxtop. He has been very helpful in providing information via several e-mails. He also stated that a system problem prevented the company from accessing my initial e-mails. We are very happy with the mattress and the company's concern for customer satisfaction.

We purchased the Silver Cloud January 06. It was great at first, very supportive. But after four months, we noticed the support was less and could see indentations where we slept. At six months, I notified Bragada's customer service and was treated very rudely. I waited four more months and contacted them again. This time they said I should take pictures and e-mail them and they would determine if the indentations met their warranty. Of course it didn't because it has to be l.75" of an indentation. And they say they can tell that from a picture. Give me a break!! So beware and don't listen to the sales people when they tell you about the lifetime warranty, it's a joke. My advice is, save your money and your aggravation, and don't buy a Bragada mattress.

The bed was amazing the fist 2 to 3 months. Great if you sleep face up but if you sleep face down you will become a side sleeper because the bed hammocks in the middle, sometimes making it hard to sleep in. In a nut shell don't bother spending the $997.00 that I spent on the queen size version. I wish I can go back and tell myself and spend $400 more for the temperpedic or the sealy's posture pedic version of it.

I read the reviews, and had a personal referral, so I went ahead and sprung for a Bragada mattress. I have chemical sensitivities, so I ordered the "eco-foam" This thing has been off gassing for two weeks now, stinks to high heaven and gives me a headache when I get near it. They are non-responsive about the problem, and say that the contents of the foam formula are "proprietary." Boy am I sorry I gave my $1000 to these people. I'm going to get rid of the stinker.

I bought a Bragada Silver Cloud and after only a few months sleeping on it, it developed a rut that I continuously roll into.  I contacted Bragada and the Warranty does not kick in until the rut is 1.75 inches deep.  You must be able to photgraph it by placing something straight across the top and using a ruler to show the indent without any pressure being applied.  Given the box pillow top that is stretched across the top, I'm not sure that will ever be possible barring a complete collapse.  Even without that, 1.75 inches by itself is an extremely deep hole for any bed.  Since the matress and box spring are too heavy for me to move, I'm now sleeping in my guest room.  I guess I'll have to find my own solution, as td1961 did.  P.S.  I'm 5'9" and 140 lbs so it's not like excess weight caused the rut.

It took three days to thaw out and it felt as if we were sleeping on a brick. n When it finally thawed out, it was okay for a couple of weeks (I stress only OK), but now my husband's side sags, and my side doesn't give at all. I would not recommend this mattress, but instead would recommend the sleep number! MUCH MUCH Better!

I have chronic pain along with fybromalgia, migraines. I used to wake up several times a night, every night from pain. My whole body would just ache. The mattress I bought is amazing (The Crowne).  I bought the set. The delivery was prompt and the packaging was great.  The box spring's unique design allowed for easy portability in tight hall and stair areas.  The mattress is so very comfortable.  My body doesn't ache in the morning as it had in the past.  My neck and shoulder pain have greatly decreased in just 3 nights sleeping on this mattress. I love it!  Family and friends are equally impressed and are considering purchasing Bragada's products.  I had done extensive research prior to making this purchase.  I highly recommend Bragada's mattresses and box springs.  They are extremely comfortable, therapeutic, and affordable.  The customer service was exceptional!

My husband and I are very pleased with our Crowne mattress by Bragada. We have had it about 9 months and recommend it to all our family and friends, especially those with back problems.

-easy set up - delivered right to your door and all you have to do is get it out of the box and let it expand
-feels better on your back - actually all pressure points on your body
-great price for the quality (my husband is VERY selective and went to several high end mattress stores before choosing this Crowne mattress and we are both very happy now)

-The mattress is a little less thick than normal I guess, because our fitted king sheet fits slightly big. Just make sure to pick the correct sheet size at the store. If you don't it will still be fine though.

I just wanted to express my sincerest gratitude toward the entire Bragada Mattress Company. Prior to dealing with Bragada I had a nightmare of an experience with a well known mattress company that sounds a lot like "SLEEPY'S". Without boring you with all the details, please know that they have reaffirmed my confidence in dealing with larger scale companies.

Prior to receiving my "cloud" (silver cloud mattress), I used to wake up with lower back pain as well as pain in my shoulders. After just three nights on my new Bragada Silver Cloud, the pain is gone! I love to sleep again!

I've had a full size Crowne mattress for about 7 months and I'm very impressed with it so far. Unlike my old spring mattress I feel much more rested in the morning and I don't wake up sore. I had some back problems which have gotten much better after using the Crowne mattress. I definitely have more energy during the day. The mattress is very comfortable and I fall asleep much faster. It's not too firm or soft and the way you sink in feels just right. I sometimes toss and turn a little when going to bed but that seems to be related to mental restlessness rather than discomfort from the mattress.

I was very concerned about reviews that reported sagging in the mattress but I haven't experienced this at all. There has been some softening of the top layer of memory foam but from what I've read that is expected and isn't noticeable once sinking into the mattress.

Pros: It is so very soft. It is very firm. It has great support.

We were tired of not sleeping well, so decided to give the memory foam mattress a chance. We went online looking for Tempurpedic not realizing there were others out there. Your web site; with how your mattresses are made, the testimonials, the fact that you still make your product in the States, that you don't waste money on advertising, and then naturally, the price being lower; all of these reasons convinced us to buy. Are we glad we did! I actually sleep through the night on one side most of the time and occasionally turning over once! My husband has no more hip pain. This bed is soooo soft and yet firm, two qualities I thought were impossible in one bed.

We loved our bed so much that we recommended it to our son and daughter-in-law. She has severe back issues and always wakes up in pain. Needless to say, they love their bed as much as we do and are telling everyone they know how comfortable it is!

My husband and I have a Bragada mattress and it's great! My husband woke up yesterday morning and claimed he felt an inch taller. We LOVE our new mattress and wish we would have purchased it earlier to avoid the back problems and restless sleep our old mattress caused. I'm interested to know how the mattress will feel after use and after reading some of the reviews, but I have high hopes. I liked the ability to buy online at a great price, but some kind of trial period would have been nice just in case we didn't like it. For me, it was definately worth the risk.

If you have been thinking about getting a memory foam mattress there is no need to pay so much for the tempur pedic brand,I have slept on both the bragada and the tempur pedic and i love my bragada more because it came with a pillow top for added comfort and softness. If you want a pillow top from tempur pedic you pay 3700$ at least Bragada is much less than that And so worth it, I promise you you will not regret buying a mattress from Bragada It will be the most important purchase you make .You need a good nights sleep.

This is a quick note of thanks: In May of 2008 I ordered the "Madison" bed and wanted to share with you that I LOVE IT!! I researched and priced out the Tempur-Pedic bed vs. the Bragada. What got my attention was the Orthopaedic Seal endorsement. I knew that I wanted to purchase a Tempur-Pedic type mattress, but I thought it was over prices - because of it popularity. I received allot more from the Bragada "Madison" mattress, at a much lower price, than if I purchased the Tempur-Pedic plain "Jane" version. I wanted to express my appreciation for the long hours of sleep due to the mattress's conform-ability and it soothes my achy muscles and bones. (I was recently diagnosed with MS) What an amazing difference it is from a regular spring style mattress and box-spring. Thank you for a job well done.

Well first of all I was a little skeptical in purchasing a bed sight unseen, but I decided to just go for it, since I had suffered from severe back pain for about 10 years and I had tried everything from physical therapy to medications and even injections nothing would ever help,so I thought why not try a new bed. After I got my new bed it was only about 3 days and I was sitting at the kitchen table and I realized that my low back did not hurt to bad anymore, if I would have done this about 10 years ago I would not have had to go through so much pain and agony. I also had a hard time sleeping I would be up and down several times through out the night, since purchasing my new bed I can say that I now sleep completely through the night. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made.

Pros: Quick shipping time, easy set up, comfort, customer assistance (Kerri was great)and warranty.
Cons: It weighs 100 lbs, so you may need assistance getting it in your house.

With the assistance of Kerri Arndt I purchased a queen-sized “Avalon” memory foam mattress. It arrived within a week and I am pretty sure this is the best purchase I have ever made! I had put a lot of research into memory foam beds. In the end I went with Bragada because my research had lead me to the fact that the higher density 5.3 lbs. foam would last longer and provide more comfort than many of the other “lower density” beds on the market. I now experience a longer lasting, more restful sleep and I can thank Kerri and Bragada for that! My parents were so impressed with the bed that they have said their next bed purchase will be an Avalon as well. Thanks, and I will continue to tell my friends and family to call Bragada about a bed before they call anyone else!

My husband and I had been looking at a Tempurpedic mattress for quite some time but I was having a hard time coming up with that kind of money for a mattress. Even a payment plan seemed unreasonable. I found Bragada online and after reading through their website and then calling to talk to customer service we decided to give them a shot. Considering their prices are a ton more affordable then Tempurpedic it really was our best option.

I got the order a little over a week and have had NO complaints about this mattress. I believe that it was a great choice for us. Stop believing all of the hype about Tempurpedic's being the best because nothing should have to cost that much for your comfort.

Cons: No delivery notification, it just appeared at my door, inferior product.

I took the chance on a cheaper Tempurpedic and am very disappointed. The risk of not trying the mattress is too high. I have no recourse for this disappointing purchase.
The top layer of memory foam is too soft and after a few minutes my body is supported by the base layer which provides very little cushioning. The result is pressure point pain/discomfort on those areas which establish the deepest impressions. I've tried all positions, tested the bed for resiliancy, rotated the mattress and I can only conclude that this is inferior foam.
A little more research would have convinced me not to buy this product based on the fact that this company uses the cheapest foam available. 
I should also emphasize that I am only 150 lbs and in very good shape.

Pros: Comfort.  It is true:  you wake feeling more rested.
Cons: Don't know yet, but if I find one, I'll come back and post it.

Have been sleeping on the Vienna mattress for 2 weeks now (1/09), and have no complaints.  My wife refers to it as the "cloud".  Comparitively speaking, I would reccommend this as a much better value over the other brands out there.  At first, the bed is firm,, but then the foam starts to absorb you (just enough to relieve the pressure points they talk about - it isn't like falling into a hole).  The delivery box is surprisingly small, but it does become the mattress you wanted when opened.

Pros: The sleep is incredible.
Cons: You mayfind your delf wanting to stay in bed more than you should!

I do not usually write reviews oof product online, but felt complelled to do so this since you can not test this product anywhere.  It was a scary decison for my wife and I.  The thought of spending $1400 and relying on reviews is difficult.  We bought the Vienna, and took a chance.  Two years later and I promise you its the real deal.  I played college football and suffer from sore sholder knee and back problems, sleeping on this bed has saved me from expensive doctor visits and helped me get the sleep I never dreamed of. If you like a temper-pedic save the money and buy this one!
