Breadman TR875 Bread Maker

by opalbabe Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 1000, Jan 03 '08
Pros: Special cycles for many different types of bread. Produces an excellent loaf. All digital.
Cons: Kneading Paddle gap irks me. Tough to get bread pan in/out of unit.
Breadman TR875 Bread Maker I received the Breadman TR875 Bread Maker as a holiday gift last month. I requested it after doing much research on bread makers. This is replacing another model that simply gave out after years of wonderful ...

Makes Great Bread

by nhgirl , Apr 18 '08
Pros: Easy cleaning and care, lots of cycles to choose from
Cons: motor not very powerful, its a little noisy
Bought this bread maker to start making my own high quality ingredient bread. I've made several successful loaves start to finish in the machine and I have used the dough cycle with great results. The exterior of the machine has a nice high tech ...

Breadman TR875 I really love this machine!

by kitchenut , May 21 '09
Pros: Great in loaf shape, looks, consistent results, and multiple settings
Cons: After 2 Mon's of almost daily use, haven't found any cons
This is my 4th bread machine. Have owned Black and Decker and another brand and but love this machine. Last one I had was a large loaf B&D and had nothing but inconsistent results with it. I never knew if it was going to rise the lid off or be a ...

The jury is in...

by fskerrat , Nov 18 '07
Pros: The machine is attractive, easy to use, quiet and well priced.
Cons: Don't use the recipes provided by the manufacturer as the results are terrible. Go on-line!
This is an update of an earlier, unfavorable review of the Breadman TR875 bread machine. The first loaf I baked using the machine was not a success. I was not sure if it was the machine, the recipe, or both that contributed to the disaster. I am happy ...

Beware - poor warranty customer service

by cdp1 , Sep 05 '07
Pros: Nice looking model, good features, previously owned this brand with no problems.
Cons: 3 months of usage and no longer functions properly - Poor Warranty Customer Service.
I purchased one of these in February because I previously had a Breadman that was wonderful but I liked this new design. I went to make a loaf last month and it made this horrible grinding noise so I quickly unplugged the machine. I found that the ...

Breadman TR875
by mikefoulon ,Jan 10 '07
Pros: ease of use
Cons: none really
Got this for my wife for Christmas. Have used it twice. Once to make bread fully (including baking) and once just to make Foccaccia dough. Both times it worked great. The loaf of bread was excellent and the dough baked into the best foccaccia I ever had. The only advice I would give would be to make sure when it is mixing the dough, you use a rubber spatula to get some of the flour out of the corners and into the dough ball. Other than that it is just load it and let it do all the work.
