Got this for my wife for Christmas. Have used it twice. Once to make bread fully (including baking) and once just to make Foccaccia dough. Both times it worked great. The loaf of bread was excellent and the dough baked into the best foccaccia I ever had. The only advice I would give would be to make sure when it is mixing the dough, you use a rubber spatula to get some of the flour out of the corners and into the dough ball. Other than that it is just load it and let it do all the work.
