Cons: not cost effective for long term use

Pros: Helps relieve nasal congestion. I get a good night's sleep without taking cold medication.
Cons: Advanced and extra strength might be a bit tricky to remove.

Pros: They help you breathe. Clear ones don't irritate the skin.
Cons: Expensive, not reusable, clear ones don't stick as well as the original tan ones.
