I used a Keurig Platinum B70 for over a year, then purchased this machine at Bed Bath & Beyond, it didn't work, took it back, got another one, didn't work either.
I love the design and features, love the stainless steel design and overall appearance.
I went through the prime cycle on both machines, then they both got stuck on the heating cycle for over 1 hour and nothing happened. Customer Service put me on hold for 1 hour, then I used their call-back feature, they never returned my call.
I expect a little for that kind of price.

I bought a Breville BKC600XL over the weekend. I plugged it in and primed it as instructed. Well it won't seem to brew a single cup of coffee. I can hear the pump priming and everything, yet no water flowing through the K-Cup chamber. At most there is only a little moisture and heat in the armature. I've seen people have similar problems on the internet but I have yet to see any solutions offered.
I have written Breville two days ago via e-mail and no response.
I have called and left a call back number earlier today (1pm EST and now 6:30pm EST) and no response.
I am currently on hold for their customer service, but I've been waiting now for over 50 mins and have yet to speak with a live person.

I am in surprise that a product of this cost and "quality" has such poor customer service.
