Pros: Easy to operate; base separates from body for easy loading & storage
Cons: Internal meat temperature only reached 145 even after 8 hours of smoking!

Pros: Great concept, especially for apartment-dwellers facing fire codes that don't allow gas or charcoal
Cons: Not hot enough to grill anything, doesn't get internal meat temperature to safe levels

Pros: Can smoke a lot of meat at once. Wonderful flavor. Electric is convenient.
Cons: Access door too small. Must add wood chips often for intense smoke flavor. Gobbles electricity.
