The sales person said that this was the safest car seat on the market. I bought it for $300 plus dollars and went on my way. Im a stickler on making sure that kids seats are installed properly so the next day, I installed it. Well, within days of purchasing the seat for my eight month old daughter, we were driving on the highway when her head became logged sideways in the head portion of the seat! She started screaming bloody murder. I pulled of of the exit, looked back there, and noticed this rite away! For a couple of minutes, I blamed myself, thinking that maybe I had ajusted the head rest wrong. I adjusted it again, and the same thing kept happening! I am so angry, and will head to the store first thing in the morning to return the $300 plus dangerous car seat that I bought! Do not buy this seat!!! It is a hazard to children and should be taken off of the market!
