I had never installed a remote car starter, But with the good instructions that came with the unit as well as a VHS tape + there website BULLDOGSECURITY.COM I succeded. There product support on there website as well as a 1-800 number. Was excellent, I did not feel alone. It looks like allot of wires at first but you dont use most of them. If your gonna do it your self, I cant imagine getting better support !, And its made in the USA ! You'd be foolish to buy another brand even if you have someone else install it. Starting range is way better than the 800ft advertised. I am happy.
