This face wash not only feels great, but it also gives stressed skin a refreshed feeling and break. I was previously using a facewash with Salicylic Acid in it and my skin went crazy and dried out. I started using Burt's Bees Soap Bark & Chamomile Deep Cleansing Cream and my skin felt a lot better.

It does contain some form of menthol which I normally cannot handle, but it is balanced enough in this face wash that it does not dry my skin or sting it. I don't even feel like I need to moisturize after I use it, (probably because the soap is from a plant bark that contains saponins (soap) and not the manufactured kind, (which I have made at home and completely understand why it can be stressful on skin)!

This face wash is especially refreshing after a really hot summer day or a sweaty workout.

Another plus is that it does not cause me to break out, dry out or itch! It also reminds me of cold cream, only more cleansing and not oily and heavy.

I've had really troublesome adult acne on my chin for the past couple of years. I've tried the Neutrogena and Proactive acne products; they helped clear up my acne but I would still get some real bad ones once in awhile. Since I've been using Burt's Bees Soap Bark and Chamomile Deep Cleansing Cream face wash I haven't had any bad breakouts for more than a month! I still use Proactive every other day, usually only at night, but I attribute my decreased acne to this product. I LOVE IT! I use it after I work out (sometimes twice a day) and I never get dried out skin. I'm just so glad I found this product!
