CK's is closed. How they closed would be an excellent business case study. Pizza was outstanding. Prices were cheap, for what you got. However, wait time was excruciating. Then they moved next door to a place twice as big. Service got worse. CK's for lunch was a joke, if you had only an hour. Maybe if you had two. Then, they tried pre-cooking the dough. Quality dropped, and the wait was still too long. RIP CK's. If only you had figured it out . . .
