Pros: Small, cheap, reliable.
Cons: Rubber feet don't allow "locked stacking" with other D-Link devices of different sizes.

Elmer, get a switch! Junior's sniffin' packets again!

Pros: Easy to set up, multiplies bandwidth, inexpensive
Cons: only 5 ports
Actually, nobody's sniffing anything... especially not now.

To be fair to my teen-age sons, they have never to my knowledge really sniffed my packets. To them, I'm sure Mom's data is waaaaaay too boring to even bother with firing up...
