Pros: Heavy duty - even baking Cons: A bit hard to store if you have limited space - expensive
When Judith and I decided to share our households, I left most of my baking ware behind. So did my daughter, although since I knew she had a bread machine, I left mine in Cleveland. Neither of us took our loaf pans with us.
