    Pros: Beautiful color prints.
    Cons: Constant paper jams.

    Summary: I cannot believe my company bought another of these C3200 copiers. This one, just like it's predecessor (which was moved to another department) jams constantly. The service guy needs to keep an office here on site. Especially since we now have two of

    Pros: At this point I have no pros. It is easy to use when it works.
    Cons: Constantly jamming and always waiting for service

    Summary: My company has had this machine for almost 2 years and it has been nothing but problems. I call for service at least once every two weeks if not more often at times.

    Pros: great for paper output
    Cons: after sales support is the worst

    Summary: A word of advice for anyone looking into buying or leasing this machine - DON'T ! I've had the imagerunner for over a year now & it's been nothing but broken promises & even more problems. I was told this was the perfect digital printer for cardstock
