by dkozin dkozin is a Lead on Epinions in Electronics, Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 10, Mar 26 '07
Pros: Price, LCD size, resolution, 2 AA batteries, size, features, image quality, easy to use
Cons: Slow flash recycle, noise at highest ISO settings
It has been a good tradition that you can pick any Canon camera with no regrets. I do not like to generalize, but even their cheapest offerings provided consistent quality, ease of use, performance and good design. And with the prices getting ever lower ...

As well as having my Kodak Z650 which has a high zoom I really wanted a camera which was less bulky and able to take on nights out with me. A family friend had a Canon Powershot camera and they recommended it to me a lot, I took a few pictures on it and ...

Go Digital With the Canon PowerShot A560 Camera

by bilbopooh Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 500, Jul 09 '08
Pros: durable, great quality photos, easy to upload
Cons: zooming in too much often results in graininess
Ever since my dad got a very fancy digital camera four years ago, I had found myself using my own film camera less and less. It's a perfectly nice camera, but on most occasions when I wanted to take a picture, I could just use Dad's camera instead, and ...

by matt634 , Jul 04 '07
Pros: Optical Viewfinder, large display, 4x zoom, easy to use/handle, quality images, ready to go!

Good inexpensive camera, but.....

by holmeswk , May 09 '07
Pros: Intuitive controls, easy to use, lots of features for the price
Cons: Lacking in manual focus, "tweener" size.
The Canon a560 has much to commend it. Crisp large viewfinder, 7 megapixel capability, three modes of autofocus (including Canon's face recognition), multiple shooting modes, and fairly intuitive menu structure, takes standard or rechargable AA ...

The Flame that burns brighter burns faster

by mulrooneys , Dec 14 '07
Pros: Nice pictures, good screen, software easy to use
Cons: Very poor battery life, defective battery door, poor support
I bought this camera to replace a competitor model. I was told that it is cheaper to buy a new one than fix it (immediately after the warranty ran out!) I was attracted to the camera by Canon's good reputation. A quick search of the web led me to the ...

by mmspurge , Jan 31 '08
Pros: Great picture quality, cheap, canon, small, zoom
Cons: Red eye, flash time (absolutely slow!)
Ok this Canon has ups and it has downs. First off the price is right at 130 with free rechargeable batteries and a free 1 gb memory card this cannot be beat! Before purchasing I went to my local store and played around with several cameras. I realized ...

Great Camera

by michellgomez , Jan 06 '08
Pros: Great pictures. Very light weight. 1 year warranty.
Cons: Battery Door.
I got this camera yesterday, so I cannot comment on the battery life, however, set up was easy. I previously owned a Fuji FinPix which had to be repaired once and finally broke after 18 months with a bad sensor. Aside from that, it was a good camera. ...

multifunctional camera

by astreete13 , Apr 22 '08
Pros: 4x optical zoom, price, picture quality, screen size, many features for moderate to advanced user
Cons: slightly overwhelming for basic user, flash is long and may cause blinking in young children
I got this camera as a gift and have been fairly satisfied with it. The 4x optical zoom is a great step up from my old digital camera and that is the main reason my husband bought it. The other reason is the price. You don't find many 4x optical zooms ...

I Would Never Use a Digital Camera, Until Now...

by LRai , Jan 07 '08
Pros: Great low light shots and alot of bang for the buck, easy to use.
Cons: Not a long battery life and a long recycle time especially with low light photos.
I had sworn on a stack of holy books that I would never be sucked into the digital world, then I went to China. I have always liked to shoot film. There is in my opinion nothing better than film. I own a very nice Canon camera with two lens that is my ...

Pros: Great pics, great video, easy to use, computer friendly and easy uploads
Cons: delay when using flash, no volume when using camera to playback video

Great camera for not too much money!
by ooc333 ,Dec 08 '07
Pros: 1. Compact 2. No shutter-lag 3. Nice pictures
Cons: None that I can think of now!
This camera is very nice. It is compact and takes great pictures. I like that it is small enough to fit into a pocket but not so small that there is no place for your hands to hold onto it. The shutter lag is practically non-existent when pre-focused. This was my biggest concern when buying a new camera since the shutter-lag on my old camera was terrible. There are a ton of features and settings for taking different kinds of pictures. It is easy to use.
