Pros: price, solid, fit an olympic bar perfectly, black finish, clearly labeled Cons: rough finish, can be hard to hold
Good:
plates are sturdy
plates are solid
plates fit a 2" olympic bar perfectly
cap barbell is a solid company
Bad:
plates are a little rough (who cares)
plates don't have a wide lip and can be hard to hold (again, not a big deal)
Worth much more than I paid for these. Highly recommended. I can't see how people buy sand filled weights or other alternatives. Look hard and you can find (on ebay for example) companies that sell these for a really affordable price. Picked up at the NJ warehouse and company seemed friendly, good customer service as well.
