Pros: Easily stackable, takes up little room, thinner than plastic ones.
Cons: Won't fit Olympic size equipment.

Pros: Smooth edges, paint adheres well to the plates, stacks nicely.
Cons: They are heavy... But then that's what you want in weights, right?!
