Captain Bartlett Inn

Pros: None- unless you want to recommend this to an enemy.
Cons: Avoid this fleabag hotel's mold and poor customer service.

This "inn" should be out. The room had a sickening mold stench and the window would not open. The linens stunk and were stained. The room is also very small and dark.

The "shower" was just a trickle of water that was either boiling hot or freezing cold - nothing in between or warm. The free transportation they advertise about is non existent. The "Dog Sled Saloon" offers gross fare at outrageously high prices. The employees are unfriendly and grouchy (maybe due to inhaling the mold on a constant basis).

I have never seen such lousy accommodations and customer service any where in the world or USA. This is the first time I have ever had such a bad experience with a hotel. This horrible hotel is not worth $199 a night. It needs to be reported to the public health department because anyone with a health problem will get worse if they stay there.
